Fatigue law applies to drivers of all heavy vehicles or truck and trailer combinations:

  • A. over 8 tonnes or a bus that seats 10 adults including the driver.

  • B. over 12 tonnes or a bus that seats more than 12 adults.

  • C. over 4.5 tonnes or a bus that seats 5 adults including the driver.
